Kathleen Parrish is an award nominated singer, songwriter, photographer, and visual artist from Seattle, Washington. Parrish's songwriting blends alternative rock with classical and jazz influences, demonstrating a fresh and interesting take on contemporary songwriting.
Her lead single from her debut EP Veins, “Red Fleece Jacket”, earned a nomination in the 2014 International Songwriting Contest. Following Veins, Parrish released "Ghosts", further exploring her songwriting in a more progressive tone. She is currently working on her upcoming EP due to be released at the end of 2017.
Aside from her music, Kathleen is an advocate for eating disorder awareness. Her journalism, both mental health and music based, has been featured on To Write Love on Her Arms, Hello Giggles, Sonicbids, ASCAP, The Free Woman, and more.
